You may think this image is completely unfair. It’s not, at least not completely.
Here’s why:
- Trump has consistently held that the only real truth is what he says or supports. Everything else is a lie or “fake news”
- Trump has consistently promoted the idea that the only fair and reasonable opinions are those that agree with him. All others are unfair and unreasonable.
- Trump has consistently accused all news media that does not fall in line with what he says to be fake news. He’d called them “The Enemy of the People”.
- Trump has lied time and time again with zero or little concern for backing up his claims. He fully expects everyone to take him at his word and is antagonistic towards anyone who questions his word.
- Trump is putting crony after crony into powerful government positions with little or no regard for competence or experience.
- Trump has made no effort to be transparent in his efforts to stack the executive branch with people will aid him and his family politically and financially.
The big question isn’t why I’m angry. It’s why you’re not.
